Welcome! Sarah Lowe Counseling is based out of Wasilla, Alaska and is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can find healing and hope. As Pastoral Counselor, my mission is to help you overcome trauma and live the life of joy and purpose that Christ intended for you.
Though my counseling is influenced by my Christian faith, I honor and respect those who may not share the same beliefs. My commitment is to offer thoughtful, personalized care that aligns with your values and goals, regardless of your faith. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s toughest challenges from a Christian perspective.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, marital or family issues, addiction, abuse, or stress, I’m here to offer compassionate guidance and effective tools for healing.
With advanced certification in Crisis and Abuse Therapy and a Master’s in Christian Counseling in Clinical Psychology, I am equipped to walk with you through even the darkest seasons of life. My approach integrates a range of evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (E.M.D.R.), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (C.B.T.), Reality Therapy, and Art Therapy. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment (A.C.T.), Internal Family Systems (I.F.S.), and Person-Centered Therapy to tailor a plan that best fits your unique needs.
